That will payoff in the long-run.

Will attract every body from as far as Auckland wellington Christchurch and everywhere .

Everybody will be attracted to a new mall and with them comes a lot of money being pumped back into this little town.

Stratford will expand and eventually become a rich thriving town, And would be even special all because of a new big shopping mall.
