Fences down, it's picnic time!

The grass has grown, fences have come down and this new green space is ready to be enjoyed. As the weather warms up, perhaps it's your new go to picnic spot?

A reminder that if you plan to bring your fur babies into this space that you need to ensure dogs do not come within 20 metres of the children's playground. Read Council's Animal Control Policy here.

Future development?

Any proposed development of this space would need to undergo community consultation, likely as part of a Long Term Plan process, ensuring the community has input on any future plans.

For now, we hope you can enjoy this additional green space with friends and whānau.
